Long-awaited and moderately anticipated, Taylor Gang rep Chevy Woods recently dropped his new mixtape Gangland this week. Now it has been a min since I have covered or heard anything from the Philly emcee but from the listen of his latest work, Woods has taken been on his grind. From features from Juicy J, Wiz, Soulja Boy, Lola Monroe, Courtney Noelle, Tuki Carter, Nikkya, Trae the Truth, and Young Jerz to production from the entire Taylor Gang team, this is one of his best efforts to hit the net. The 23 track tape includes some of Chevy's best material and is very different from his previous work Red Cup Music. With Gangland, Woods takes a chance to step from under the shadow of Wiz Khalifa to establish his own voice and independence.
